Burger King - Toronto

Delicious-have to wait like 5 10 minutes before eating otherwise tastes somehow frozen, but otherwise soooo good!

I enjoy getting whoppers, but I visited the restaurant twice this week and both times I was asked to back up my car in the drive-through in order to reset their timer. This was a new experience for me, and if they are doing it to try and win an award like Employee of the Month, I believe it is not the right approach. Additionally, I had to wait 10 minutes just to place my order even though there was only one car ahead of me.

The service is average. They asked if I wanted ketchup but didn't give me any with my order. I ate inside the restaurant and my meal was served in a bag instead of on a tray. I ordered a Whopper which unfortunately gave me food poisoning, causing me to vomit shortly after eating. I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future.

They should remove the King DealKing Jr from the menu. I can get it at any other restaurant except for this one. There seems to be an issue with onion rings not being cooked when the sandwich is ordered or they are trying to save on inventory.

Ate here on Saturday evening around 5:30 pm. The service was excellent. Really friendly staff. The lobby was really clean. The French fries were made fresh and cooked perfectly. The burger was juicy and delicious. I really enjoyed my visit. Will definitely return. If my boss sends me to do contracting work around here again.
