Avaliação da contribuiçãoI visited this restaurant in September 2017 and had a pleasant experience. I tried the pastel and it was delicious, comparable to the pastel de feira. However, when I returned in April 2018, the experience was completely different. The place seemed abandoned, with customers drinking and smoking at dirty, smelly tables. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and after waiting 40 minutes for my order of 4 pastels and 2 coxinhas, I decided to cancel it due to the uncomfortable environment. It's unfortunate that the restaurant no longer serves the good and traditional Brazilian snacks it used to be known for.
The Brazilian pastel at this restaurant is incredibly tasty, with a crispy crust and a cheesy aroma. They also offer coxinha in both mini and large sizes. Esfiha is occasionally available as well. For drinks, they serve guaraná and caipirinha made with Brazilian cachaça. The only downside is the price, as it is quite expensive. You could easily have a full meal at a fast casual restaurant for the same amount of money spent on snacks here.
D.Kinnas Brazilian restaurant's specialty, pastel, is fantastic. It is made fresh with a generous amount of filling. Make sure to also try their other snacks like empadas, kibe, and coxinhas. They are all delicious and expertly prepared.
I first visited this place in September and it was nice. I tried pastel and that time it was great and pretty close to "pastel de feira". However, I returned in April with the expectation to eat an taste pastel and it was...a disaster. The place looked as abandoned. Had a few customers drinking and smoking in the place, the tables were dirty and smelling. The staff were rude and very unprofessional. I waited for minutes for my order (only pasteis and coxinhas) and nothing.... as the place were dirty and I was very uncomfortable there, I cancelled my order and never returned to this place. It is a shame, they used to have good and traditional Brazilian snacks...but not anymore
The Brazilian pastel is so delicious, with beef and cheese flavours. They also carry coxiha (mini and large ones). Esfiha is also available but not on a regular basis. For drinks, there is guarani and caipirinha (made with Brazilian rum cachaca). The only issue with...the place is the price. It is quite pricy and for the amount of money paid for snacks, one can have a meal at a fast food place
