Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I write this while I was still sitting in the restaurant, had waited 35 minutes without service. I even called the restaurant from my table and didn't get any answer. I have tried several times to get someone's attention, everything without success.

One of my favorite places to dive in front of the kovid and still order the delivery from time to time. they always have a great experience here, foods are delicious with fair prices, managers are nice and friendly. I always came back. in any case, I recommend this place.

Went to the Swiss at the Hydro Building. Our server Kathy is a star. She brought everything we asked for. The restaurant was quite busy, our meal was hot and tasty and we would def. return. Next time, we will try the dessert.

I won't be coming here again. The little girl cashier with a ponytail over the lunch hour is rude. She gave me the wrong order and when I told her I got the wrong order, she brushed it off. I didn't bother to debate with...her considering I have better things to do over lunch.

My husband was at Princess Margaret for treatment ... I went to this location for lunch,, at first it was a slow greeting .. I waited few minutes before they offer me a table,,, than after I order ,, it was a little to long...for my drink ... the manager Belkis saw me looking for my server she came and ask me if I was ok... she went and got my drink asap I was having such a bad day (My Husband is very sick she started to talk to me and was very nice and very kind ... after all this my meal was delicious and everything was perfect .. thank you to Belkis and Dionne to help me to enjoy such a sad day xxx they are keepers !!!
