Food is fantastic! My nephew ordered the Great White North and refused to leave without eating every bite. My chicken and fries were yummy. Kudos to the two staff team they were crushing it during a very busy lunch hour.

I’m writing this review while still here. First off, the place has no A/C so I’ve been sweating buckets. Secondly, I ordered the most popular chicken+waffle meal called ODB. It was mediocre, nothing special. The sauce comes on the side so that reduces the flavour. Lastly, and what really made me want to write this review, was the service. Many have said the same thing, and I’m sure it’s about the same person, but the hijabi girl NEEDS to go. As someone who has worked in customer service roles for almost 10 years, she has none. I walked up to the counter and she just stood there, didn’t look at me, didn’t acknowledge me or even a simple hi. She doesn’t not speak whatsoever, unless it’s on her phone as she had her headphones in talking to someone else. I would’ve understood the lack of A/C and mediocre chicken, but the service really threw me off. Management, PLEASE take action as I’m not the only one to bring this up.

We had the ‘The OG’ chicken and waffle sandwich.The food tasted amazing! And it was Halal too ?However, the atmosphere, interior wasn’t inviting. Air conditioning wasn’t working so it was super hot and stuffy.They can liven up the atmosphere which will change the whole experience!Try the food ?

We frequently order chicken and fries from this restaurant and usually enjoy it. However, today our order arrived with soggy chicken and freezer-burnt fries that were not fresh cut or delicious. We were very disappointed and hope this is not a permanent change. This is the first time we have received subpar food from this establishment. I have rated it 3 stars due to this experience.
