Avaliação da contribuiçãoI'm not sure if it was the manager or not but my husband and I visit this location and saw that she had the most horrible customer service. Yesterday we experienced a very low level of training and performance quality. I don't know if she was racist or not but I know that the people of color did not leave that restaurant with smile on their faces. There was one black employee who did a good job taking my order but the other lady seemed like she didn't even want to give us a sauce for our parmesan twist. We ordered a 14 piece and she gave us one Ranch. So I had to go back to the counter and explain to the guy with my receipt what we ordered and he apologized and gave me a few more sauces. So I will say if you want the customer service and good food go to the different location or maybe during the hours that she's not there. My suggestion to round Table would be to put her back in training or demote her until she gets her act together with the customers.
Many changes, for the better, have been made at this location. I visit this location 1-2 times monthly and have nothing but great experiences. I will continue to support this fine establishment and the jobs for today’s youth, tomorrow’s future.
Went here today for the second time only this time was awful. Employees are rude and unfriendly the salad bar had beyond stale croutons and the soda machine wasn't working right all of the soda was tasteless and flat. We told them about it and they said oh it's fixed...no it wasn't it tasted the same so we got our pizza to go...won't be
I just went and ordered a soda, a pepperoni and some bread cheese but for the latter they told me I had to wait 40 minutes!!
It's not the best-looking Round Table ,but the pizza is amazing.
