Chino La Casa De Xu - Torrevieja

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant as a friend recommended it. There is parking available outside (free). We were warmly greeted, smiling faces when we entered. The restaurant is huge. There are actually 2 sections one can sit and eat. We sat in the section closest the street. The one inside is more fine dining and further away from the buffet. They exercise rules regarding covoid-masks, seating, hand sanitizer etc. One can order from the menu as well. There is a wide variety of food from the buffet. Soup, dessert, fruit, ice-cream, meats, fried foods, sushi etc. One can even chose fish etc for them to cook. We didnt chose that because we didnt know how long the fish (raw) has been out in room temperature. We chose the buffet.The food was OK....very very bland. We thought that the prices were a bit on the high as such. Well lit, clean, comfortable chairs, lovely decor, spacious restaurant with good customer service. Our server Nicole was really wonderful and friendly, eager to please. Thank you for your service!

We always enjoy a wok buffet. They are usually good value for money and serve a good variety of fresh Asian food. Unfortunately, Casa de Xu didn't come up to scratch. The duck, chicken and spare ribs were all tough and were very overcooked. There were no prawn crackers unless you requested them. I waited at the wok station for at least 5 minutes before someone served me. Then the chef overcooked the prawns and the curry sauce was tasteless. There are a lot of Wok Buffets in Torrevieja and I would say this was the worst I have been to.....it definitely needs improving.

Esta genial. La comida tiene mucha variedad en sabores. Hay una parrilla muy completa. Hay Bebidas y comida ilimitada.

Personal muy amable y simpático, sobre todo el chico que esta en la entrada los fines de semana. Comida de muy buena calidad. Normalmente la gente que sale contenta no suele poner comentarios, solo los que no encuentra algo a su gusto. yo en mi caso y el de mi mujer todo estaba perfecto.
