The owner is a very shady and stressed person, it makes you uncomfortable only if you see it, at the table then it shows up without a smile on the contrary, very tense, stressed, with eyes glued on the laptop for orders, puts you anxiety and mood. I would strongly recommend the owner to change the job or to care for the exhaustion, so do not welcome customers so sorry, if it has such obvious personal problems it is not in contact with the public because people will never come back again instead they look forward to leaving. Also discussions between you and the staff should keep you private, not in front of customers clearly embarrassed. A word of apology would be the least, never again.
