Grumpy waitress. Disgusting coffee. There are other more welcoming places to eat in the village. We won’t be back. They are obviously not worried about return custom.

We, like many others I suspect, had come to Tournemire to visit the castle d'Anjony and not expected to find anywhere to have lunch in such a small and out-of-the-way village. So, we were delighted to find this place, especially as the temperature in the shade was already in the mid-30s. The welcome was friendly, the service speedy and the plat du jour simple but delicious. We sat under cover on the terrace which looks out across to the castle and the valley below. Perfect.

Very refined cuisine. An explosion of flavors. Well done to the chefs. Very professional and friendly welcome. I recommend this Cantal restaurant.

We tested the restaurant, melting truffle, and delicious, the horn of Murat, a feast. Very good Value quality price. I recommend.

By visiting the castle, we were able to eat around 1:30 for 2 people, truffle salad cutlery crepe chocolate at a correct price and everything was good. The welcome is warm. We didn't test the accommodation.
