Great host staff, sweet waitress and a great meal. Appetizer, soup, then checked and shrimp. Up with a few long islands and dang...big night.

I had the best strawberry margarita! What made our experience great was the Manager. He was personable, lively, spirited with a kind soul. People like him makes you want to come back over and over again.

Stopd by Applebee's In Clay today in between shows houses for sale in CNY for a fast lunch. The food was great, the staff was friendly and the service was the best. If you are near Liverpool or Baldwinsville area we highly recomend giving this place an attempt.

Miles started our visit to the most positive notes, he was absolutely wonderful. Then our server Cheyenne took a step further and offered us an excellent service. This special Applebee's is by far the best I still had, and I will definitely be back in the future based only on how these two treat us. Well done guys

Great food and good service. I thought the prices were very reasonable. The manager even came by and checked if we were fine. I like the place where I'd go back. You have handicap parking right in front, making it easy for disabled people. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for me and my guest. It was 89. Birthday and he really enjoyed going there.
