Avaliação da contribuiçãoWas staying at Great Wolf Lodge from out of state for a work conference. I ordered Outback Steakhouse for delivery. After delivery fees, tip and taxes the total bill came to $50. I Never received the food. Got a text from Door Dash an hour later that the food had been delivered. I contacted the Door Dash delivery person (Desiree) and she said she couldn’t find the address so she just left the food on a random table at an Eco Lodge. She wasnt going back to get it and saif that I needed to work out the refund with Door Dash or OutBack Steakhouse. I contacted Door Dash who got me in contact with owner of Outback Steakhouse. He was very apologetic. He refunded the $50 and said if I was able to Dine-in to ask for him and he would also comp me $50 off the bill. I brought my Co-worker with me the following evening to dine in. He came and apologized to me in person and took $50 off the bill. He also blocked the Door Dash Driver.
I was not impressed with the food. When we finally got our meal I could see the surface was dried out from sitting under the heat lamps. Nothing looked like the pics. The blooming onion was good but skimpy.
The waitress provided poor service, but the food was outstanding. She seemed confused and mixed up our bills, resulting in an overcharge.
The meat we received was not very hot, but the meal itself was delicious.
I've never had a bad experience at Outback I recommend the steak to everyone it will melt in your mouth
