Scalawags White Fish Chips

My husband and I ate here last weekend. It was fantastic! I had the grilled trout and was very satisfied with the portion size, taste and price. It was delicious!!! My husband is not a fan of fish, so he had the chicken fingers and was equally satisfied with his meal. The staff was very friendly and personal. If you are looking for a fast, tasty meal for a very reasonable price, I would highly recommend.

Nothing beautiful in this place, take your order at the counter, plastic & roll of paper towel at the table, best melt in your mouth I ever had. Large portion size!

My wife and I were now both at this point and at Mackinac City and they have the best white fish I've ever tasted. Combine this with the Coleslaw and the hush puppies, the best dish you ever eat.

The best freshwater fishing spot in Michigan, in my opinion. I loved the fish, I had a two-piece white fish basket...big food and great service and atmosphere.

Fish done right. The menu has so many great choices and they all taste great. A must visit when visiting. We enjoyed every bite and wish we could have come back for more but on this trip we were just driving through. Will definitely visit again.
