In the three days we were at Trebisacce, we visited the place three times. I think that already tells a lot. The food was really good, especially the fish. During a special evening, we enjoyed multiple dishes that each came with an accompanying coctail which was a great experience. The ambiance was pleasant; it's a wonderful place to spend your evening at! One of the things we enjoyed the most was the people who work there; they are absolutely heartwarming and the service is outstanding. Nothing to complain; this is a place we would come back for.

Ottimo ristorante di pesce a Trebisacce. Sicuramente di alto livello, idoneo per cene romantiche, di rappresentanza ed eventi importanti. Le pietanze sono ottime, con una scelta relativamente ampia, tutte dotate di quella giusta maestria in cucina; non solo per gli accostamenti ma anche per l'impiattata finale. Da provare, assolutamente la tartare di tonno rosso (consigliatissimo antipasto). Il servizio è più che buono, ed il personale è attento al cliente. Sorrisi, disponibiltà e professionalità. Unico neo riscontrato, la relativa lentezza nell'arrivo delle portate (la struttura non era colma, quindi i tavoli da servire erano ridotti); ma penso sia un problema di preparazione dei pasti (che richiedono attenzione e cura) La location è molto suggestiva, con una forte dicotomia tra moderno e storico, che ben realizza una splendida cornice per cenare. Unico neo, la scarsa illuminazione; personalmente aggiungerei qualche luce, soffusa, in più. Ma forse è solo un perfezionismo personale
