The Plough Trentham

My wife and went here expected typical pub dishes as in past, but we were disappointed by the little gourmet dishes and the ones about the top prizes. it looks as if many landstubes were going on this way, which is a shame.

Trentham is a beautiful country town. the menu at the pflug has a lot of dressing the hut cake was delicious and the kangaro goulash was ok

The beer garden is lovely, the staff were relatively friendly, and the flavours were alright...But everything was super overpriced (thirty dollars for a burger! , the vegetarian options nonexistant if you don't like goats cheese, and the beer selection... Whelming. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Lovely place for a Sunday lunch. Woodfire burning lovely atmosphere friendly staff.

Warm chicken salad had a nice salad base, if not chicken except it was coated in overcooked dark dry batter.Waiting staff friendly but pushy about QR codes masks.
