Papa John's Pizza - Trenton

Tried to order online two pizza's but their site wasn't working properly or was disorienting...I could not get different toppings on the two pizza's. I called and they told me they couldn't give me that order as it's an online order only...I explained and she said oh that's weird...but I can't give you that order over the phone only online. McDonald's it is. Learn about how to treat a customer Papa John's.

Pizza was ok, probably not going to return, though better options

We ordered BBQ chicken pizza today and the whole pizza is drenched in the sauce. The sauce was too sweet and it was actually gross to eat. We seldom call the restaurant to complain but we did this time. All previous orders were good just this time it was too much sauce.

Better hope there are no problems with your online order. I lost all my Papa-Tough because of a glitter and the manager was very unhelpful, tried to call me a corperate number so I can repair my order next week. I lost my business and I ordered twice a week.
