Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Everytime I walk in the place reeks of bleach or cleaning materials. It's so strong you can always taste it in the air. It's pretty disgusting, it's only Italian ice there's no reason it should smell that bad in there on multiple occasions.

The last two times I have tried to go there have not been good. As soon as I opened the door the smell of bleach was so overwhelming that I had to turn right back around and leave. My boyfriend stayed to place our order but when he came out he said the taste of bleach was in his mouth and the smell wouldn’t leave his nose. This was hours before closing so I’m not sure why it has been so bad. The bleach smell has to be detrimental to the young kids working in there. Not good for anyone’s health to breath that!

Great service, clean location, and delicious Italian ice and custard! Nice indoor seating area and outdoor benches to sit on too.

Order arrived within time frame but arrived melted. We were so looking forward to this treat today. Just wanted to add that if you're going to deliver ice cream, please look into getting a freezer bag to hold Temps while traveling. Top of cup and bottom were completely melted

Followed special instructions which I truly appreciate. Driver was also very nice.
