Great food- friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals. There is outside dining, upstairs indoors and rooftop.

I did not stay here. We had the breakfast of a lifetime. We stayed in a friends apartment in Castelmuzio. We had a pleasant dinner at this hotel/restaurant on our first night. We visited for a morning coffee and roll. Then we found our they offer a breakfast (or dinner) on the roof. Go to their web site and you can see photos of their table set up for a dinner for 2. The views are amazing we could see Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pieza, Montisi and a couple of other smaller villages. Food was incredible hand made pastries, meats, cereal, fresh juices, milk coffee and the best scrambled eggs ever. Additionally, they offer cooking lessons. By the nicest ladies in town.

The food is Tuscan and like the Tuscan people, it’s reliable, straightforward, and friendly. The Locanda is in the center of this small town sharing the piazza with the local church. The church bells add to the atmosphere. The service is friendly and the wait staff make you feel welcomed.

On vacation with the family we look for a place for dinner. By doing some online research we choose to go to the inn for the proximity to our farm. I must say it was a wonderful discovery. We had dinner in the middle of the historic center. Perfect dinner friendly staff and always attentive to our needs. Price ratio in the standard.
