I drove a total of 4 hours to eat here and it was worth the trip. The room is very stylish in the old tower. The staff was incredibly nice and explained everything to me. I don't usually like seafood, but I liked her. If you are in the area, you will receive a reservation early. Worth the experience! Service: Dine in

I waited for a diagnosis before reviewing the restaurant. Following the intake of the branzino from one of the tasting menus I had a rather important allergic reaction, which had never happened before hiring fish, which I eat regularly. It seems that it is not preserved in an optimal way, which I believe is unacceptable to a restaurant of this level. I do not feel however to put a completely negative review because the environment is well maintained, excellent staff and all-around food presented well and good. Improve this aspect, please, was a bad experience.
