Attentive and professional service. Warm and quick-witted boss. Nice, clear menu with local products. Fine food, something suitable for everyone. Fantastic Graubünden nut cake.
Capuns, Pizzokel or raviuls? At Ustria Parlatsch you can taste all three served as a trio on a single plate. And all three of them are excellent! The restaurant is absolutely worth a detour even if you don't spend the night there: creative and succulent cuisine, a very interesting wine list (with an important place given to the Grisons vineyard and some strong alcohols from Lipp which it would be a shame to miss (Ah! that old pear! . Smiling and efficient service in a cozy but not kitsch setting. The terrace in summer should be sublime, but it is also a pleasure in the middle of winter, of course.
Super fine cuisine, top location. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.
Tina was serving us and can i just say how hard she works ?! she was the only staff here and she was whizzing around making breakfast for everyone while engaging in conversations with all the guests !! she showed us all the nice things to do around here and was so friendly and lovely !
