Burger King - Troy

SO. I went to pay through the drive thru, and a lady grabs my card and says it 'll be a minute. Another lady comes up and goes where did your card go? Tells me she dropped me... She searches for it for 3 minutes while I wait at the window. Gives me my food and tells me to wait at the waiting parking spot. I do, wait another 5 min, and then I go inside. The moment I 'm inside I 'm told they found it and turns out it was under the card machine the whole time??? So my question is... 1) Does Burger King support their employees running a debit card scheme? 2) Did my vehicle make it seem like if my account is empty by tomorrow, that I wouldn 't be able to get a lawyer? Thank you
