Applebee's Grill - Tucson

Got the chili lime chicken and the texture was weird. I questioned whether it was cooked to the correct temperature. I kept slicing it and checking to see if it was still pink. The rice was stale and hard. What made this visit pleasant was the waitress. She was very sweet and personable. Also the lemonade was delicious and artichoke dip was gone so fast. Super tasty and my favorite off the menu. The chicken was decently priced so I probably will come back and try again.

Ordering online for pickup was very simple. We took advantage of the 2 for $25 deal which was a fantastic value. Getting 2 main dishes and 3 sides for that price is a great deal. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed.

We were seated quickly and received prompt service at this restaurant. The appetizers, including pretzels with beer cheese and mozzarella sticks, were served hot and were delicious. However, my steak, ordered medium rare, was cooked unevenly with one side tasting well done and the other side being more rare/medium. The green beans were disappointing and not very flavorful. Despite these issues, everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals.

Really terrible service. Went in for dinner with the family. We were sat without menus then ignored. I asked the bartender for menus but we were still ignored as we watched while others were brought in, sat (with menus) and brought waters.

Wasn't expecting a miracle bc it IS Applebees after all, however we waited over 20 min for a water. The rest of the initial drink order remained MIA for an additional 10 min and ended up coming out just a few minutes before the food arrived. And then the spinach dip tasted burnt. When the waitress inquired, we told her about it and all she did was chuckle. The blackened salmon was also overcooked and extremely dry. We were hoping she'd remove it from the bill but never did. Overall it was a lengthy 90 min lunch with the first 30 min of a whole lot of nothing, while we waited for drinks. Pretty disappointing overall.
