Awful service, walked in, sat down for about 5 minutes and walked right out. I'll leave the main reason why we decided to leave. Made a better devision and went to Texas Road house for real meat.
The boneless wings seem to be getting smaller... Is it just me? I will say our server was excellent. And the contact us part of the app sucks. I can't fill in all of the fields using your phone and then can't submit because a field I cannot see is empty. Frustrating waste of time. lowering review to 3 stars from 4.
If I could select 0 stars I would. This Buffalo Wild Wings was embarrassing to even be dining at. Upon arrival, we were told a table needed to be bussed for us and it would take about 5 minutes, received a text message that it would take about 5 minutes at 6:10. At 6:30 I walked up to the hostess stand and explained how I was told it would take 5 minutes for my table and it had already been 20. The hostess replied with I went to go sit down and put my feet up and I didn 't realize it was cleaned. We sat at said table, and were never brought menus. It took 10 minutes for a server to greet us and take a drink order and another 15 minutes to receive said drinks and order our food. Today is my birthday, I had my 6 free wings for my birthday reward on the app, and enough points for a chips and queso. My mom had points for a 10 boneless and fries, we ordered my free wings and chips and queso on a separate tab. My husband had asked for the alcohol to be put on his tab to pay separately. And my moms tan we had ordered our free 10 boneless and fries, 10 traditional wings, and cheese curds. Our appetizers were brought out in a timely matter, they brought out the 10 wings and fries and they were traditional not boneless so they were sent back. The rest of our food came out as ordered. Once our server dropped off our remake of the 10 wings and fries we hadn 't seen her once. I got up from my table found my server and had asked for a manager. At least 10 minutes later our server had walked by to let us know that a manager was going to be with us sometime soon in a little. Before she had walked away from the table I was able to ask her to bring us some boxes for the food that we were clearly finished with. I had wanted another margarita but at this Point it was way too late. she brought us the boxes and then disappeared, we had box the food up and pre-bust her table with all the dirty dishes and glasses at the end of the table, I was standing next to the table trying to make it very clear I was ready for my bill, but she walked by upfront clearly looked at us and walked into the back. I never saw her again in about 20 minutes had gone by of nobody coming over to our table to see if we were ready for the bill or even if we were doing okay. So I got up and I left. not to mention we were right by the door and there were multiple parties that had walked in small families maybe two or three people that were told there was a wait and they had to wait at least 5-10 minutes, these customers clearly looked around confused as you can see in the photos I 've uploaded the dining room was completely empty so there was no need for them to be on a wait. The only thing they would need to wait for would be a table to be cleaned because from the time we sat down to the time we left multiple tables have been walked by but never touched and never cleaned. After leaving we received maybe 20 minutes later we received several text messages asking to pay the bill. The worst part about it is you can see the bill is not even accurate, The alcohol should have been on a separate tab the 10 wings and fries should 've been comped for the buffalo blazing rewards points, had we received any form of the bill while we were still at the restaurant we would 've been able to make our server aware of the incorrect charges. Excuses will probably be made, but it 's the first Sunday night football, do better.
5 of us for dinner. 2 people got their food, 10+ minutes before others. Then only 2 and one of the orders was wrong. Server seems to not really like her job. Men’s bathroom was trashed.Won’t be back to this location, you shouldn’t either.
