Avaliação da contribuiçãoI had an excellent lunch at an authentic Italian restaurant. I tried escargot-filled mushrooms, manicotti, gyro salad, fresh sesame bread, and wine. I regret not trying the almond dessert. The service was welcoming and well-maintained.
This Italian restaurant in Tucson is definitely my favorite! The service was fantastic and I loved the ambiance of the entire building. The food was absolutely perfect and I can't wait to go back and try more dishes. Everything, from the wine to the appetizers, soups, and entrees, was delicious. The fact that they are a small local business made the experience even better. I heard there was a talented woman in the kitchen handling multiple orders at once, and everything came out beautifully plated and right on time. I am grateful for the wonderful "dolce vita" they provided and they have gained a customer for life!
No pictures are needed for this review. This is the best Italian food I have had since living in Tucson. The attention to detail in cooking and preparation is seriously impressive. The atmosphere is perfect - cozy and rustic without feeling cramped. We went for lunch and had the place to ourselves, and we were treated like family. The Greek food also looked delicious. Definitely worth a visit.
Just brilliant. I also love to go to a place and immediately recognize a man and a woman who together lead a restaurant. it is fabulous eating.
Just what I was hungry for. Authentic Italian! Not Olive Garden. Quaint, small restaurant with tables inside and on a patio.I had the vegetable lasagna. The sauce was fabulously seasoned. The vegetables included broccoli, spinach, carrots and celery. The wine list offered a good selection at reasonable prices.Last, I love they are hands on' owners. Warm, friendly and attentive.Definitely recommended!
