Mcdonald's - Tucson

Dining here is a pleasant experience, and the service was excellent. Other McDonald's locations in the city don't seem to make the same effort.

This restaurant has an incredible location and wonderful coworkers. However, there are some customers who feel entitled and act like they deserve special treatment, often making it difficult for the staff. The employees here deal with a lot of daily challenges while trying to maintain a positive attitude, despite the negativity from a few. If these customers aren't satisfied with what's on the menu, perhaps they should learn to cook at home. It's important to recognize that the community stands behind the hardworking McDonald's staff, who do their best to keep everyone happy. Trust me, they're doing their utmost here.

We drove through the drive-thru and were greeted with a level of unprofessionalism that was surprising. The place was empty, yet the blonde employee seemed to rush us as if it were peak hour. There were also issues with entering our order regarding food restrictions, and they added unrelated extras to our order. When we politely asked to remove those items, it was clear that the staff was offended. After we apologized, thinking we might have misunderstood them, we ultimately decided to cancel our order because the negativity simply wasn't worth it. It was amusing, in a way, how someone could become so passionate and aggressive over trivial matters. I hope they find better staff because the location itself is quite lovely.

The food is generally quite good, especially the fries, which are what matter most to me. I hardly ever come across limp fries that aren't fresh; they're always the perfectly crispy, salty fries you crave from McDonald's! However, be prepared for a long wait for your food if you decide to dine in.
