Pinkberry - Tucson

Not a lot of frozen treat options for vegans down here. Pinkberry closed their UofA location a few years ago, but luckily this location opened up not too long ago to fill that void. It's a smaller location, set inside a strip mall (Smoothie King is a door or two down. When you see their sign, you know you're in the right place). They usually carry the coconut milk coconut flavor, with the coconut milk strawberry as a back up. I'd love to see them offer both so I could swirl the two. It's such a delicious and creamy soft soft.

I received a 50% off any size in my email which is what brought me in. The email provided no QR code or anything for the cashier to type into her computer to give me the 50% off. So she refused to do it. She refused to manually do it on her end. Not only did she refuse, but she was very snappy and rude about it. I was then forced to purchase it at full cost. Which would?ve been fine if the machine wasn?t giving them issues and left me with melted yogurt. I used to love Pinkberry but after last night and my encounter with their employee, I will never be having them again.

We are regulars at this pink berry and always love it, normally have great service. We had decent service from one employee but a new employee was working today and was not nice seemed to not be trained very well. She filled up a large half way with frozen yogurt and after we asked for more she continued to weight the yogurt and said it was the right amount, her manager or other associate I think named savannah came out to fill the rest of the order and they were normally filled. The untrained employee dismissed what was asked. Hate to complain but it was a waste of money today sadly.

The employees of this establishment are top notch! I have never had a problem with the quality of service from here! Although, the manager is VERY rude and disrespectful to his employees. I could not believe how he was treating talking to them while we were there. This has been on several occasions that he has done this, and honestly it makes me not want to spend my money here based off the character of him. I would hope that Pinkberry would have the ability to hire a more competent manager for the store than the man we see yelling at his employees and belittling them. You get 2 stars from me based off of his character and behavior.

Sad they were out of strawberries but pinkberry is always tasty. I enjoy their original flavor.
