Avaliação da contribuiçãoOn 18th august 2020, at 19:00, this 85-year-old greeted us very unfriendly and grumst, angry, thin, thin waiter or owner with “we usually do not accept 2 people for a big table, it is not economical. (they don't have small tables at all). we were asked to fill the contact of Covid-19. we filled it with only one number and left the address empty. we know from the German gov’t that you only have to place a contact number and not an email address or home address for data protection. Suddenly, this cruel madly unfriendly 85-year-old man began to bark us like a crazy dog to not offer the home address. so we went and promised not to return to this restaurant with super bad and rude customer service. he simply showed us what is untrained for a person and does not treat people with respect and would. we do not come back to this restaurant called sausage kitchen. it should be called worst kitchen.
We visited the restaurant on Tuesday evening with a limited time frame. fortunately, the service was efficient and our goal was met comfortably. if they enjoy mixing with tourist, students and like us, a local retired couple, they will feel comfortable in the rustic wooden closets. I missed the previous menu that was an amusing cultural statement. it was replaced by a smarter card. is that the reason for the price increase? I chose a delicious vegetarian dish that consisted of standard vegetables next to the creamy potato. it seemed quite steep at approx. 15 euro. I enjoyed the oldest scorle and would consider another visit to allow more time and see how the late zle are.
The sausage restaurant is located in the old town of tübingen (Germany) and is a best choice for eating in German style! great taste and excellent service at beautiful place!
My wife and I love this place. delicious Swabian cuisine in hearty portions; best we had in tubingen. service was amazing as only one server worked a very crowded room. she created it with efficiency and smile. Lenses (lentils) and a classic. as there...in september they gave a special autumn menu along with a special beer for the season— I highly recommend it. their website says that reservations are not necessary for parties of less than six. If you come in, you might not believe it. but they find a seat, maybe a table, family style, with a friendly place.
Must-try wild pig, very good the rest as well. The food is very local and tasty. A little pricy but not too much. Maybe not an every day stop. Spent 98 euro in 4, beers included.
