Chalet Tovel - Tuenno

They have their own amaro, which is special worth leaving with a bottle which can be purchased, and now they even have their own gin which was very nice, appearing in a number of bespoke cocktails a rare thing in the Italian scene overall. You would mit expect such a nice and modern restaurant and hotel in such a remote area. Lake Tovel is a must see if you are in Trentino and the restaurant is as well worth a visit after a hike along the wonderful lake side trail.
