Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe arrived in Tuguegarao City late one December night in 2018 for a friend's celebration the next day. We decided to grab a meal at McDonald's before heading to our grandparents' house. The restaurant was not very crowded, but the atmosphere was a bit gloomy for a fast food chain. The floors, tables, and glass panes were dirty and in need of cleaning. Unfortunately, some items on the menu were not available, which was disappointing for travelers who had come all the way from La Union to Cagayan Valley. Despite being a 24-hour breakfast establishment, many options were not offered for dinner. The parking lot was spacious and easily accessible.
Had to wait 15 minutes until I reached the counter, but the restaurant was much less than half the capacity. only 2 of the 5 pos worked. had to wait 15 minutes until my cheeseburger and koks arrive! light efficiency. the burger was good, but the customer service is apalling!
After dinner elsewhere, we got some coffee from McDonalds. The coffee was good and the service is fast
Fast eating should be fast! not wait for 10 minutes for a simple breakfast meal. if the meals are ready, they will go and get it themselves and there were almost no customers. when they come out (maybe a tourist! the...staff laughs/giggling and has fun about who is to serve the customer and to speak English. not professional.
It's a mac donalds like every other mac donalds in the world... nothing new, just very busy compared to other point of sale of this branch in the country, however Tuguegarao is the pancit capital of the philippines, may be better to try those... even...if once in few days can be ok a burger :
