Tolu: Modern Fijian Cuisine - Tukwila

Ordered the chicken and lamb curry tacos from their new Tukwila lunch pick-up spot and they were AMAZING! So full of flavor, cooked perfectly, and I got a free passion fruit juice that was delicious too. My husband walked in the house and immediately said Something smells really good! . Delicious!!! Fragrant!! Unique!! It was so good and the staff is SO GENUINELY KIND HEARTED!!! They're quick and the food is consistent! I had the Waygu beef tacos and tried a friends chicken curry! Soooo good! They even have salmon and vegan (mushroom) civiche! So many people were ready for them to arrive and let them know they'd be back for more next week! And so will I whether it's a pop up shop or the Tukwila Location!!

The restaurant is owned and operated by Indian guys from Fiji that make great fusion food that is both tasty and very unique. They've got an interesting mix of Indian and traditional Fijian flavors with a twist that makes this restaurant an exciting new addition to the local food scene. Try the tacos!

Not there anymore they closed down .But they had the best food.People love to go there n asking about this food truck.

We've enjoyed Tolu operating as a pop-up at a local south Seattle brewery recently. All the food is amazing and the owners/operators are very friendly and fun to talk to. Pictured is the combination bowl with lamb.
