The customer service is abysmal here. I called to place an order and was put on hold for 7 minutes.
Customer service is great I was late picking up my order and expressed my concern with it being cold even though it was the end of the night they remade me
I called right and asked for the wings to be done well. The other wingstops in Tulsa offer 3.5 or 8 mins well done, the 71st st location has simply a well made button. I was told that the cooking time would be 18 minutes, which is the normal cooking time. I moved up 13 minutes later and the wings were ready, so I know they weren't done well. I ordered celery as a side, received 4 long stems that had to be cut in half. The wings were fresh and seasoned, but extremely small, half the size of a normal wingette. I was also disappointed that they didn't have the freestyle drink station, they only offered diet coke as their sugar-free option. The place seemed to be run by teenagers, I will not return.
Wait over 30 minutes for my order. The girl who led the checkout was rude and played on her phone while we tried to make our order. There is no option but to give a star. If I don't even have the 1 star! The lobby was dirty and unlived. You told me I'm just waiting for Pommes. They gave me old pommes they just reheated. Will never be here again.
