Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tuscaloosa

By far the worst, most filthy, and poorly run chipotle on the planet. The staff always has a bad attitude including tonight. Fajita vegetables were still being cooked. I don?t come here often and didn?t realize they were unavailable and then said, ?it?s ok? when told they were being cooked. This resulted in very obvious rude eye rolling, head shaking, and smirks between two women working on the ordering line. They stay busy because of their parent company reputation and this being a college town but the health department should take notice

This is literally the worst run chipotle I?ve ever been to in my life. they are always out of at least 2 MAIN food items. Almost everyone is always rude and every time I order online my order is made extremely wrong. don?t go here unless u want to be treated horribly and you want a want your order with only 1/4 of the stuff you usually get on it.

I love Chipotle! But today I was very disappointed. I ordered online, when I got my order it wasn't double rice nor double chicken, the bowl appeared to be thrown together. The taste of the chicken was bland. And my mild salsa was left off.

I went in today and everything was going fine until I got to the toppings and pay area! Roaches were literally running across the counter. Near the bags and the toppings area. I literally left my food there after seeing that.

A lot of people are commenting that this is the worst Chipotle they have ever visited. No doubt. However, personally, this is the worst fast food place I have ever visited in the U.S. and abroad. The place is dirty, smelly, and a veritable circus. Some belligerent manager chased a customer into the parking lot after he left because they screwed up his order and would not refund him. Who are they hiring?
