Can't complain about this location. Usually a long line (especially at nights), but that's because it's a college town. What do you expect? Never had any problems though.

I like this place the milkshakes backs are throbbing from how hard the are carrying this place cause the burgers and shakes are the best part staff are pretty cool they are all friendly and nice

We only spent $22 for 3 people. We love the chargrilled burgers and the ability to customize each tray. Great deal!

I went to try this place out, I checked the prices online before I went. It said the plates with 2 sides and a drink was $4.99. I was charged for a plate and then charged me for the drinks. When I said something about it the guy said thats not our website . I said it 's cookouts website. I had to get a Quesadilla, it was awful. Tasted as flat as it looked. Won 't go bak.

To begin with the girl who takes orders, clearly conveys that she does not want to be there. eating came fast, but wrongly out and was a catastrophe. looks like it literally had been thrown into the wrappers with the beats usually not on the burgers. thr a-1 soße was literally a small spectacle on a side of the bungalow with an incredible amount of wobbles on the burger in effort to for the patty, which is less than half the size of the bungalow. the Slave was in a round shredded cauliflower in a cup. no dress. the tables were all dirty and the bad sap dispenser was broken and the paper towel dispenser would not be handkerchiefs. they were in the situation in homewood and so decided to bring my family to this because hoo’s q apparently went out of the business over the street as soon as we arrived. terrible decision. Hopefully, this will put someone into action to fix these problems because the restaurant chain is usually good. only not these.
