Starbucks - Tuscaloosa

Faster service. had coffee here after the tour they made it very fast. friendly people.

The staff is really nice at the register but the baristas are rude and mean. I’ve never had a good drink here and they refuse to remake drinks or add extra milk.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to, The barista was extremely rude. I ordered a caramel macchiato and ended up with no caramel. The drink was incorrectly made disgusting.

Terrible service, terrible wait time, terrible staff, unfocused staff. i only go there bc it's on campus

They always add sugar to my drink when I specifically ask them not to, and they’re always too busy for me to ask them to fix it. :
