Burger King - Twin Falls

I recently went through the drive-thru at this Burger King and placed my order. Unfortunately, when it was time to pay, I had a rather unpleasant experience with one of the employees who was quite rude. The situation escalated, and all the managers were notified. However, I have to commend the managers for their exceptional response! They went above and beyond to address the issue, offering a refund, treating us to some food, and sincerely apologizing multiple times. I can't express my gratitude enough for their outstanding commitment and dedication. It really made a significant difference! Thank you once again, Burger King!

The food was delicious, but the drive-thru wait was a bit lengthy.

The staff is awesome here! Took my girls to lunch here today and the guy that helped us was awesome! Got our complicated order perfect, food was great! Will definitely be back:

Ms. Randy at the window and her morning crew were very nice and accommodating. Made sure I got everything I needed, and quickly. Really are open 24 hours...even if they're are no cars in the parking lot.

This is the best Burger King in town. The food is tasty and fresh. They also have a great staff working there.
