Avaliação da contribuiçãoOn a Monday night when the website said it should be a 7 minute delivery time, it took them 2 hours to mark my order as delivered. Better yet, it wasn?t delivered. So I called the store and they said the delivery driver gave my order to someone else. They did not apologize and or reach out to me, I had to call them. On top of that, they didn?t not offer any compensation (coupons, free order, etc.. to make up for their poor service. He asked if I?d like them to remake the order and I asked if I would be prioritized for delivery considering I had already waited 2 hours and not received my order. He said I would not be prioritized and that he couldn?t give me an estimated time for my delivery which obviously gave me no more confidence in the stores ability to do their job.
The Twinsburg Domino's is awesome. The pizzas are perfectly cooked and the staff has been very friendly. They have even donated to the area school system to encourage reading. My kids love the pizza, and so do I. Excellent example of this franchise. The new TVs in there that show us the status of our order when I walk in was a great new addition.
I usually get pizza from Teresas or Reddis but it was late and they were closed so I tried Domino's for the first time ever. I thought it was nowhere near as good as the pizza I am used to. I also ordered double cheese and there was barely any cheese on the pizza. This place is at best average. It taste like big corporate pizza and its quite expensive. Wont go there again.
I placed a pick up order today around 2 pm. Pizza is good, no complains there. However, the service is not very professional, check out crew had a little attitude. Just get your order and don't ask for anything extra, like bottle of coca cola. It might turn into an ordeal.
Pizza is good, delivery is usually quick. I gave 3 stars because they charge a 4 dollar delivery fee that doesn't even go to the driver. That's just really shady to use drivers to line the owner's pockets. Plus they bury that info in the fine print, proving they know what they're doing is wrong.
