Dairy Queen - Tyler

The chicken tenders were overly fried to the point that they were discolored and inedible. Unfortunately, I also encountered a rude team member who seemed to be part of the management. I won't be returning to this location.

I paid $2.95 for the cone shown in the picture, and I won’t be coming back. I’ve been a fan of Dairy Queen for years, but I’ve never seen a cone look like this before. Perhaps the employee just needs better training, or maybe this is how it’s done now.

I really enjoy our local DQ. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and I’ve always found the staff to be friendly. The quality of the food is reliably good, which is great to see. My only issue was when I ordered three sets of three tacos for three people, but received one container with all nine tacos. That was a bit frustrating. However, if that’s my only complaint, I’d say they’re doing a pretty good job overall!

9-6-22 Tuesday I ordered a 4 piece steak finger basket. Lady at the counter read the order back to me but when I got home and opened it to eat it was chicken not steak. ????

I can honestly say this is by far the worst Dairy Queen I?ve ever visited???? They have you pull up to wait just to be handed over chicken strips that are so hard you can?t chew them.. they either sat out to long or possibly microwaved I will be takingmy business elsewhere.
