Avaliação da contribuiçãoFood was good. Sodas were flat and splashed when it came out. I told the guy and said hed do something about it but he never did otherwise he was nice and his service was good. It was too expensive for the experience I had. Not bad enough to leave or ask for my money back but I probably won't go back.
Chicken salad scoop on greens was good. The price for that and tea was a little steep. If the price was more reasonable my score would have been a 4 star.
It took around 11.5 months for this place to actually open from the time the sign was installed on the building until the doors were open, so the anticipation was there on getting to try it. Decided to try it a little bit after they opened and honestly was not impressed at all. The pricing was high for the portion I was given and the service was a little on the pushy side for me to order. I went at a time that it was not very busy during the day for lunch and there was no one in line behind me yet I was still being rushed by the girl at the counter to place an order. I finally decided on a single scoop of the Roasted Jalapeno Chicken Salad and some chips and the scoop was very small for what I paid for. It was an OK flavor, but no spice in it at all and could barely tell it had any jalapeno in it, so it was not worth the money at all that I paid for something I could make at home. Maybe the other food is good as I would like to try the breakfast, but I have not been able to yet. One thing that keeps me from going to this place during the week is the location of it, since it is in the same parking lot as a very popular bank and the parking lot is not very big, the parking lot is usually very full so getting any sort of parking here is pretty hard during a lunch rush. I would pretty much never eat here if it was raining or storming as I would be soaked before I got halfway to the doors. This place is also very small it seems, thankfully I went at a time that there was not a lot of other people there, but I would not want to go during the lunch time as I feel it would be pretty packed in there as there is not much room and I would feel rushed to eat food at a table so I could get up so others could sit down. I may be back to try the breakfast on a weekend and will update the review accordingly based on that, but for now. There is another Roost not even 2 miles down the road with much better parking and much better seating that I would rather go to, even if it is the same exact food.
Horrible service. Seem to be extremely short staffed and from someone who has worked in the food industry I understand that it can be stressful but you still need to treat customers professionally and respectfully. The cashier was so flustered she ended up changing my order from what I said I wanted, scurried of to the kitchen as another employee came flying in (late it seemed) trying to assure us nothing was wrong. Would not recommend coming to the location on Beckham. Not the weekend vibes I was looking for. Have had a much better experience at other locations.
The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of options, and the customer service was both pleasant and attentive. The food was quite enjoyable. However, there were some minor delays in receiving our food and service. Additionally, the coffee was weak and had an unusual taste. Overall, we had a good experience and will definitely return.
