Avaliação da contribuiçãoI ordered a pizza with no contact delivery yesterday. I had to literally get out the shower when the driver arrived because he was knocking on my door. I asked him to leave the pizza there (NO CONTACT). Then I wake up today, check my bank statement as Ido every morning, and see that he gave himself a $5 tip!
Help me understand why you would deliver something like this? The other pizza is burnt as well. This is horrible customer service.
It's been a while since I last had one, and it wasn't as good as I remembered. It seemed to me that there was less sauce, cheese, and meat on my pizza this time.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They misplaced my phone order that I had already paid for with my card. I waited for 30 minutes while three employees searched the computer for my order. When my pizza finally arrived, it was cold, and the staff were not very friendly. To make matters worse, when they eventually found my order, they acted as though it was my fault.
I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this Papa John's location. Don't rely on them for delivery, and don't expect a professional experience or exceptional food. Unfortunately, it seems like they take advantage of customers. I didn't have dinner tonight because my order was canceled without any notification. I was already hesitant to order due to past experiences where they tried to upsell me on overpriced “specials.” One time, I was offered a so-called special that was just a large cheese pizza for an outrageous price. When I mentioned I would look elsewhere, they then offered me two medium pizzas with three toppings each for five dollars less. I simply can’t trust this place, or at least the management and staff here. It’s disheartening to see a good product in a prime location treating customers and the community so poorly.
