Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe went through Ukiah on the way north and stopped here for lunch. Portions were big and the food was delicious, but it took a while to get it. The atmosphere was more like a lunchroom than a restaurant. However, we enjoyed walking around the city tens of thousands of Buddhas and eating here again.
Found on HC App. What a cool place. They were busy when we were here on Saturday at noon. The menu says vegetarian, but it is totally vegan. We tried 4 of the little dishes. All were delicious. Satey app, emptying, rice and mushroom dish.
My friend and his father bought food from Jyun Kang Vegetarian Restaurant and then we had a nice sunny day meal in the park. My friend got dumplings and I tried one and it was good. The city of the ten thousand Buddhas is a beautiful place. No complaint at all and only a warning when you visit the city, make sure to go to the store and buy some containers because they promote the use of reusable containers that I consider a great idea.
Yesterday my wife and I ate together with our adult daughter and her friend at JyunKang Vegetarian Restaurant. I can't remember the names of all the dishes we had, not even tried because everyone was excellent. We arrived at 11:30 a.m. on a Friday (her new open time) and there was only another couple at the time. It was busty after 12:00. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered 1 large duck and 3 small ducks, a portion of rice and a large bowl of soup. Every dish was absolutely delicious and it came out directly without residue. They have large round tables that sit six and small tables seat 4. If you sit in a big round, there is a lazy Susan in the middle, which is easy to serve. We look forward to returning to JyunKang many more times.
This place is really great. I 've been a few times with friends (it 's one of the few places that, as a vegetarian, I can share dishes) and again by myself. When I went alone, I started with the small bowl of miso soup with tofu. It was delicious and by the time I was done, I was too full to eat my noodle dish and took it home for dinner. The only downside I would say is that it does take awhile to get your food, but you have to remember that the people working there are volunteers. They 're all really friendly and it 's cash only, so be prepared.
