BojanglesStore 000623Check 41334311/22/2023Received a two star experience.Went through the drive thru around 8:15 PM. Extremely slow…waited 15 minutes to get my order. Only one car if front of me.When finally getting to the pickup window, was not greeted, no hello, actually zero communication at all from the employee. Customer service in general was lacking tonight. What happened to the top-notch service and outstanding customer service? It doesn’t exist at this location.

The fries were old and cold, it was like that the last time we came too. It took 40 mins to receive our order. It shouldn’t take that long just to prepare chicken for our small tailgates order. They probably forgot too since 6 other customers went in, ordered and got theirs before we did. It took a complain to finally receive our order. The staff were nice, but 40 mins is crazy. We’ll start considering eating elsewhere from now on.

I had a good visit, service was also great bc there was only 1 woman working the front counter.

Fries were old, cold and greasy. The cashier had an attitude. I think there's only one cashier there that doesn't have an attitude.

No one cares about their job here. Baby German cockroach came out of my supreme box. Make you wait more than ten minutes to answer you at the drive thru when there’s no one in front of you. Not even a “give me one minute” just tear the whole store down.
