A friend recommended to try this place. Sit the food is not available, just take it. There is a line inside, but it moves quickly. You food is placed behind the counter, and you can see what is available. It is constructed like a moving line. If you want something on the menu that is not currently there, you need to wait 20-30 minutes until they do it. The baby back ribs were not available at the time, for example. The Smoothered Pork Chops are a good choice. Make sure you ask for gravity on the page because they drown gravity, and it will be all in your cardboard. Make sure they give it to you because they almost forget. The food was good. I only have this thing about food in the menu, and it is not available. I asked for three different desserts, and they were not available. So why even on the menu? Other than that, the food was very good and seasoned well.

Great ambience. Many food choices and they give you huge portions. I had BBQ chickens, yams, green collars, maize bread and strawberry cake. The food was delicious. But the strawberry cake was a bit old on the dry side. It had soil filling in the center and that was delicious. The staff was friendly. It was beautiful, warm and energetic! Great for the cold snowy day I left!

This was our first time to eat here and when I told you that the ambience and service and food were amazing. I also have the owner and she is thrilled. I'll come back when I visit my external ship or maybe make it here to finish school. Thanks Carolina cuisine for the great experience!

Was the crab cake...20-30 minutes..so asked about the ribs...no ribs...so the pork chops had to choose. Outside of it it was delicious and you definitely worth your money!!

Overall our experience was great! We were able to place our order and receive our food quickly. The young ladies behind the counter were friendly. We ordered two entrees bbq chicken (white meat), mac and cheese, with collard greens and a meatloaf, mac and cheese with collard greens. The entrees are served with corn bread. We added an additional side of sweet potatoes. We also ordered an ice tea and a lemonade for our drinks and country strawberry cake dessert. The sides were absolutely to die for! The meatloaf was tasty but please note it has a bbq favored sauce on it. Unfortunately, my bbq chicken and corn bread were flavorful but dry. The ice tea and lemonade was delicious! The country strawberry cake was absolutely delightful. The whipped cream was thick, the strawberry filling in the middle was just sweet enough and the cake was moist. What more can you ask for!
