Orange Hill Restaurant - United States

Despite having a reservation, we faced a delay in being seated at our table. I had asked to be seated near the fireplace, but we were placed at a table further away. The restaurant manager then approached us and asked us to wait, which caused an additional 10-minute delay.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary at Orange Hill and were blown away by the food, drinks, view, ambiance, and service. Our expectations were exceeded and we will definitely be returning soon!

Our server was fantastic when she was with us, funny and charismatic. However, it seemed like she was stretched too thin. She let us know that the UNblackened chicken ordered by one member of our group would take a while. Additionally, we were informed that another person's steak had to be remade because a piece had fallen off, making it incomplete. Service in the lounge was also lacking, as there were instances where we had to get someone's attention, handle things ourselves, or ask other customers for help (such as getting silverware from another table, placing a bar order, trying to light a heat lantern, and having a picture taken of our table). Despite these issues, it was my first visit and I will definitely come back.

Great place to celebrate beautiful view. You even get to see the fireworks from Disneyland if you stay till nine
