Smashburger - Universal City

Not bad. The food was okay. The dead were amazing. A bit expensive, but a great place to eat.

The burger was great, decently expensive. The only problem was with the fries, they skip to the fries when it comes to quality.

This is in the food sector of Universal City Walk. It is comparable to regular Smashburg sites with some exceptions. First, they do not offer crispy chicken sandwich option. Not sure why they make crispy chicken teeth. You pack things to go, even if you eat it right out. It would be better if they had given you a paper plate.

Food was ok, staff was great but came in with a coupon that said free sin City burger. They said A. They don't have the burger and B. You have to order a double patty burger to get this offer. Not happy with the false advertising, but it not this locations fault. However I would say that $10 for these burgers is a collosal waste of money.

Price was high. Order was missing the avocado I paid extra for. I went back to get them to make it right and after the girl argued with the cook to give me more than once slice of avocado they handed the 4 small slices to me in a fry holder. I could hear they were cursing in the back amongst each other. Went to eat the burger and had so much salt on it that I had to throw it away. Because of the trouble I didn't feel I could go back inside and get any help. Overall worst service I've ever had and worst burger I've ever tasted. Very very very dissatisfied. Horrible experience.
