W.g. Grinders Catering Upper Arlington

Fantastic food and great people, but oh my Lord it needs a simple cleaning. Please!

They gave the driver the wrong order and then wouldn?t answer the phone for the driver to correct the issue. The order was someone else?s and our 6 sandwich, $71 order was missing. So two orders not delivered correctly and no one was available toanswer their phone to correct the issue. Never again. Horrible system in place and pure lack of customer service. If it was adriver issue then Work it out Grinders.

The cheddar mac was not cheddar mac it was just cheese cubes macaroni and mayo kinda gross and not what I paid for and I purchased 3 small bowls my pizza look like it had been sitting for a while and tasted like soggy bread dipped in bland pizzasauce. Not the grinders I'm used to .

I placed an order for 27 sandwiches the sandwiches had very little meat on them, they were not individually wrapped nor labeled so we had to figure out what was what. They were not placed in grinders party box but were placed in Styrofoam containers in abox. The food did not taste good at all. Very disappointed and will not order again nor can I recommend this store.

Fantastic food! Everyone loved it and was my first time eating it, definitely enjoyed very much.
