Gambler Ridge Golf Course

I would like to publicly apologize to the starter for being two min late. He let me know that I was holding up the whole golf course very loudly and a bit rudely, but hey I was late. I would also like to apologize to the two groups in front of us that we caught up to on the 2nd hole. Being late by 2 min apparently make them hold up the whole course. 4 hour and 20 min round is what I deserved.

Played this course many times and love it BUT I just booked a tee time for the wrong date and even though I called within minutes of booking to cancel and change the time, I was told by the golfnow rep I couldn’t get a refund because it was too nice outside to justify the cancellation. I can’t wait for my next round here.

Played 10/21 Course was wet from rain the night before and in the morning, so some greens and fairways were soaked and it was cart path only. Overall the course is great. Fun layout with very different style holes and not on top of other tee boxes or groups. Pace of play was great on the front, but got slower on the back. Staff was great and has a nice clubhouse. Has a nice practice putting green and also a driving range $5 35 balls). Would definitely come here and play again.

We’ve had a 50 60 person outing here for the last 10 years. Can keep the price at $100 a head for a round of golf, drinks, prizes, lunch, and dinner! Not to mention the staff is great to work with. They even let us do playoff holes when the leaders are tied after 18! Not many places will allow that.

Great food great drinks great service what else can you ask for?
