The Blue Store Hervey Bay - Urraween

The service at this restaurant is fantastic, the new owners are friendly and easy to talk to. The customer service is excellent, and the new chefs are skillful in their craft. There is a warm, family-like atmosphere when you dine here.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the fries we purchased last week. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, but today they were soft and tasteless all around, with no crispiness at all. We tried to let the restaurant know multiple times, but we only received a dismissive response.

While the exterior may not be particularly impressive, the warm welcome and delicious, generous portion of food make this a great spot for fish and chips takeout.

Friendly staff and only the best fish and chips generous portions cooked for perfection. No order was ever a problem and often we end up with more than we would recommend this small business
