The Clubhouse - Urraween

Much better in Bratnacht than the RSL. No huge line. Not so loud. Young employees are very obliged. Free bread roll. Takeaway Dessert option a good idea as there is so much food.

Really shocked and surprised by the method of cleaning tables. Condiments, table numbers, etc. placed on a seat on the table, while the tables are covered with a cloth, no spray, then substitutes, then seats with the same cloth are wiped and on the next table to repeat process with the same cloth, no cleaning spray. Steak was very common, hard and sinful. Salad too neat.

The cake, although quite tasty was only a third full, with only a dozen chips. Other dishes of our order were also very clearly below the normal acceptable size of a meal

I used to prioritize this restaurant highly, but unfortunately, the service was lacking due to inexperienced young employees with little training. The food quality also declined, causing our group to stop visiting altogether. Chrissy, Sam, and Shaz are the only staff members that customers find reliable and respectful.

Monday evening roast dinners are not up to the standard they used to be meat rather watery in taste. RSL is much tastier at the same price. Staff not as friendly either.
