The Dunkin Donuts on 1300 Genesee st. Needs serious attention. They are rude, frequently get orders wrong and are very disorganized. I will never go there again...

I ordered the cold brew and hummus toast using the mobile app, but unfortunately, I did not receive either when my order arrived.
