Ventura's - Utica

I ordered a full tray of braciole for a party. They were cut into appetizer size pieces and it was the first tray emptied. They were soooooo good. Even non-Italians who didn't know what they were eating were amazed! Next party, I'm ordering 2 trays.

One less star is for our waitress, not attentive at all… slow to order, never asked how our meal was, didn't refill waters and/or soda, slow to get check, slow to p/u ck. Enough about her… the place is fabulous, we had the homemade cannelloni — delish, filled nicely with meat, really good. The classic riggies was excellent too. I gave them 5 stars since I was invited there for a wedding reception. The food, drink, was very good. The wait staff were excellent, food was brought out, after a nice Caruso cake was service, the best pastry and cake shop in town. Coffee was served. The bar was open for beverages. It was complete and comfortable. Highly recommended and I will return to have dinner.
