Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe had dinner in this restaurant at our first night in val d’isere. Very large and well decorated dining room. The child menu was superb and we really like the overall experience. I need to mention that restaurant has a very well curate cave. Really Appretiated.
We arrived for dinner and every member of staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. We were a party of 3. Two of us went for the taster menu and one for the a la Carte. Before we even started the chefs complimentary hors d’oeurves set the scene for the quality food that was going to be served. The flavours were wonderful. The taster menu was amazing value for the quality of the food. And all the restaurant staff just added to whole evening friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.
Menu discovery recommended. excellent frame and very friendly staff both at the reception and in the room.
We had dinner together. input: snail that was not found, all bathing in oil then a turbot that was actually a net of fish personal leave beginning a word: mellow I forgot 200 euros without dessert!
After having dinner several times here, I can say, the snow table is headed by a great chef and this table is one of the three best of val of isère. My favorite dishes are: the superposition of Saint-jaques (bar, turret, st- jaques) as a millefeuille surrounded by explosive flavors. raw oysters are surprisingly accompanied in a very bold and elegant way will be to discover. cromesqui snails are divine and the control of the colors of this dish is incredible! The pigeon is perfect! the daring, labrousse , the chef of cuisine of this beautiful establishment is always listening to the constructive criticism and intelligently defending his convictions as the contribution of acidity in the dishes. the staff is onions with its customers, the sommelier officie with intelligence to the diapason of the rest of the team. it is not easy to offer such a quality level within a family hotel that is part of the institutions of the val of isère. ps: I look forward to taste a burgundy juice with the net ... a great bravo and intense encouragement
