Pizza Hut - Valdosta

The people were very helpful and made sure we got what we had ordered. The original pan pizza was not as good as it used to be. Unfortunately it used to be my favorite. Wish the crust was as thick as it used to be. Plus the pizza with the original sauce barely had any sauce.

Last time we went was two years ago. We sat for twenty minutes waiting for a waitress after we we're seated. We had always had such great service there and such good food there. Appetizers before main course which is unusual at most Pizza Huts. But we were told it had went downhill. After we didn't see a waitress, we left and haven't been back. I need to know they have had management change before I will try again.

I have been ordering from Pizza Hut for years and this the first time we had a flavorless, sloppy made pizza. Pizza looks like it thrown in box without any care. Very disappointed with the pizza I ordered, very little cheese or red sauce !Worse I have gotten from themThe sauce was tasteless and stuffed crust cheese was not melted. Needless to say I WILL NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!!!!

Had the buffet with a side of boneless wings. The buffet was poorly stocked the whole time we where there. The pizza that was there want hot and the dough was tough. You actually had to tear it, to eat it. Then we finally get to our wings. The taste of the suave was good. Unfortunately, it was more like eating legos then eating a boneless wing. But the plus side is our server was nice.

Food was good but they were very overwhelmed during the lunch hour where there appeared to be only one waitress for about 8-10 tables. Food was hot though and the buffet was fairly well stocked. If you are needing a quick, cheap lunch, this could be a great option for you. I will say I found the employee to be fairly unprofessional. As I was checking out one lady actually cussed in front of me and offered to send our waitress with us. I was a little surprised and didn't say anything. We will be back but did find that part of our experience off-putting.
